Our layaway plan helps you buy the art you really want, without exposing you to long-term debt or exhorbitant credit charges. You start by making a downpayment, and we send you invoices for up to twelve months. You make the payments monthly, and once you've completed your last payment, the art is yours! We set your art aside so that others can't buy it.
We offer layaway payment plans on works of art over $250.
$250 to $499: Minimum 25% deposit. Payments may be spread out over 3 months.
$500 to $999: Minimum 20% deposit. Payments may be spread out up to 6 months.
$1000 and up: Minimum 20% deposit. Payments may be spread out over 12 months.
There are no late fees or interest. Your payments are due monthly, and any amount not paid in a given month is simply added to the next payment. As long as you finish paying off your art before the layaway period expires, the art will be yours when it's done. You'll get monthly statements in the email account you've provided to us, and you're responsible for checking the email address you've given.
You may cancel this layaway at any time before your last payment is made by notifying us in writing. If we do not receive your final payment by the "final payment due" date, we will automatically cancel your layaway purchase unless we agree to extend that date.
In the event of cancellation, we will credit all money you have paid toward a future purchase less a cancellation fee of 40% of the total price.
If any of your payments are returned as non-payable, we will pass-through any charges we receive to you and deduct them from your deposit. If you don't pay your art off in the time you've agreed, we will assume you want to cancel your agreement with us, and you will give up what you've paid already. We do not offer refunds on delinquent accounts, and you won't qualify for future layaways with us.
If you're having trouble making the final payment before your layaway period expires, contact us and we may agree to extend your payment arrangement.
There are absolutely no penalties, fees or interest due for paying off early.
Yes, but the charges are small. It costs us time and money to accept payments over time for a piece of work. We charge administrative fees that cover our time and the credit card fees associated with this plan, for just 5% of the purchase price.
Once the art is in your possession, it is yours to keep. We do not buy art back once you've purchased it. If the frame is found to be defective within a week of you taking possession of the art, we will repair it. Sculptures, ceramics and other art is your responsibility to keep safe. If it breaks or is damaged in your possession, you may not ask for a refund or an exchange.

When you pay your deposit, you're signaling your agreement to these terms. Simply pay as outlined on your first invoice, and your account begins on that date. We will remove the art from our showroom or otherwise mark it as sold. Once you've made your final payment, you may pick up the art in person or elect to have it shipped to you.
